These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Go Biz Help, LLC ("Go Biz Help", "we", "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Services
Go Biz Help provides marketing automation, CRM solutions, review and referral management, SEO, advertising, and web design services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your engagement are outlined in your service agreement or order form.
User Obligations
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Operate lawfully and in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Refrain from spam, abuse, harassment, or any activity that harms other users or third parties
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and using the Services
- Maintain the security of your account, including safeguarding your password and access credentials
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
Billing and Payment
All payments are billed in advance. Recurring services renew monthly unless canceled. You must provide at least seven (7) days' notice prior to your renewal date to prevent future charges. Setup fees are non-refundable. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services until the account is brought current.
Intellectual Property
Go Biz Help retains ownership of all materials, deliverables, and work product until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients may use the delivered materials for their business purposes. Go Biz Help retains ownership of its underlying tools, methodologies, templates, and proprietary systems at all times.
Results and Performance
While we work hard to deliver meaningful outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, conversions, or revenue increases. Marketing and advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform changes, and client-side execution.
Privacy
We collect personal data in order to deliver our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS Communications
Customers may opt into text-message communications from Go Biz Help. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. For help, reply "HELP" or contact us directly.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers (such as advertising platforms, payment processors, and hosting providers). Go Biz Help disclaims responsibility for the performance, availability, or actions of external providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms of those providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Biz Help is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Go Biz Help in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
Go Biz Help reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
