THE APPROACH

Model the workflow, not the database.

Most "custom CRM" projects fail because they start with a data model. We start with how your team actually moves a deal from lead to paid invoice, then build the tool backward from that motion. Every build ships with the AI Agents layer pre-wired so inbound leads land in the pipeline within seconds.

DS

Workflow-first discovery

Two weeks of interviews with dispatch, sales, and ops. We shadow the actual work — ride-along, sit at the desk — then design the UI around how the job really moves.

DISCOVERY · 2 WK · FIXED $4,800

PL

Pipelines you configure

Your sales and ops team change pipeline stages in the UI — not a ticket to us. Status transitions, automations, and assignment rules are all admin-configurable.

NO-CODE ADMIN · DRAG-DROP STAGES · AUDIT LOGS

OW

You own the code

Shipped to your GitHub on day one, deployed to your Vercel / AWS / Railway. We hand over the keys at launch — no per-seat fees, no vendor lock, no data held hostage.

YOUR GITHUB · YOUR INFRA · MIT-COMPATIBLE LICENSE

CRMs work best when they plug into everything around them. Most builds cross-wire into Operations Dashboards for leadership reporting and Booking & Scheduling Systems for dispatch.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Everything to run a real operation.

Not a prototype. Not a Notion replacement. A production CRM with pipelines, role-based access, audit logs, imports, integrations, and a migration plan off whatever you're leaving behind.

PI

Pipelines & records

Leads, deals, accounts, contacts — your naming, your required fields, your relationships. Kanban and table views out of the box.

RB

Role-based access

Reps see their book, managers see their team, ops see everything. Field-level permissions so commission data isn't visible outside sales leadership.

AL

Audit logs

Every field change, every stage move, every user action — logged with user, timestamp, and diff. Export to S3 or your SIEM.

IN

Integrations

QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, Gmail, GHL, Jobber. Native connectors for your top 5, webhook escape hatch for everything else. Pairs with Voice Agents for call-lead capture.

MG

Migration plan

We pull the data out of HubSpot / Salesforce / ServiceTitan / your spreadsheets, map it, clean it, and import it. Parallel-run for 30 days before cutover.

TR

Team training

Role-specific walkthroughs for sales, ops, and admin. Recorded, plus a searchable help center built into the app itself.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

The six questions we hear on every scoping call. If it's not here, ask us.

Isn't it cheaper to just use HubSpot or Salesforce?

For 5 users, probably. For 30+ users with a workflow those platforms weren't designed for — customization fees, per-seat inflation, and the engineering hours you spend bending them will cost more over 3 years than a custom build. We do the math on your scoping call and tell you if we're not the right answer.

What if my needs change after launch?

The admin UI handles 80% of change requests without a developer — pipelines, fields, roles, automations. For structural changes, you have three options: learn the codebase (it's clean React + Postgres), hire a developer, or put us on a retainer. We write code future devs can actually read.

How is this different from a no-code tool like Airtable?

No-code tools hit a wall at about 30 users, 10k records, or workflow complexity that isn't linear. A custom CRM has no wall — you're writing real software. We often start clients on Airtable during discovery then migrate when they outgrow it; we'll be honest about whether you've outgrown it yet.

How long until my team can actually use it?

Six to ten weeks from kickoff. Week 1–2 is discovery. Week 3–7 is build with weekly demos. Week 8–9 is parallel-run with your old tool. Week 10 is cutover. Your team is using it in the parallel-run phase, so go-live is anticlimactic.

What's the pricing model?

Fixed-price Discovery at $4,800 (2 weeks — yours to keep). Fixed-price Build from $28k for a simple CRM, more for complex multi-location operations. No retainers, no per-seat fees, no hidden hosting costs — your infra, your AWS bill.

Who owns the code?

You do, outright, from commit one. Shipped to your GitHub organization, deployed to your infrastructure. The code is released to you under a license that makes hiring a different developer trivial — no vendor lock, no "you can't touch this" clauses.
