AI that books real slots.
Every AI agent we run is wired to your real calendar — Google, Outlook, Calendly, CRM — so the slot it offers is actually open and the booking is actually on your calendar the moment the conversation ends. Zero double-bookings. Zero "I'll confirm with the team and get back to you."
Real availability. Real booking.
Most AI agents offer "a time that works" — and the booking lands in a queue for someone to confirm later. Ours checks actual calendar state and commits the slot atomically. The agent says yes only when it can deliver yes. This capability ships with every Voice Agent and Chat & SMS Agent — it's not a separate product, it's the booking layer that makes the rest trustworthy.
Real-time availability
Every time the agent offers a slot, it pulls live calendar state. No stale caches, no "let me double-check." If there's been a change in the last 3 seconds, the agent sees it.
LIVE PULL · 3-SEC FRESHNESS · NO CACHE
Atomic commit
When a lead says yes, the booking lands on the calendar in the same turn — no "pending confirmation" states. If the write fails, the agent immediately offers a different slot.
ATOMIC WRITE · INSTANT ROLLBACK · ZERO DOUBLE-BOOK
Routing logic
Which rep / crew / resource should get this booking? Based on service type, location, skill, availability, and round-robin rules — all configurable in the admin UI.
SKILL ROUTING · ROUND-ROBIN · OVERRIDES
For multi-crew operations, pair this with Booking & Scheduling Systems — the AI books into the dispatch system, not just a calendar.
Every calendar your team lives in.
Direct integrations with every major calendar system plus CRM write-back, reminders, rescheduling flows, and the routing logic that puts each booking with the right person.
Google Calendar
Native OAuth, watches events in real time via push notifications. Multi-calendar aggregation for teams. Respects busy/free across personal and work calendars.
Outlook / Microsoft 365
Graph API integration with delegated permissions. Works with shared mailboxes and room resources. Exchange on-prem via a hybrid adapter.
Calendly & Acuity
Direct webhooks so the agent sees bookings created outside the AI flow. Pushes AI-created bookings back so your booking page shows the right availability.
CRM write-back
HubSpot meetings, Salesforce events, GHL appointments, Jobber jobs. The booking creates the right record type with contact, service, and note attached.
Reminders
Configurable reminder sequence per service type — 24h email, 2h SMS, etc. Reschedule links in every message. Reduces no-shows by 40% vs no reminders.
Rescheduling flow
Customer can reschedule via the reminder link, reply "move it to Thursday" to the reminder text, or tell the agent directly. All paths update every channel.

Straight answers.
The six questions we hear on every calendar-integration call. If it's not here, ask us.
Why not just use Calendly's AI widget?
Calendly's built-in AI is narrow — it handles scheduling on a Calendly page. Our AI handles booking as part of every other interaction: voice calls, SMS threads, web chats, social DMs. And it writes back to Calendly so your Calendly page shows the correct availability. They're complements, not competitors.
How does it handle double-booking risk?
Atomic commit. The agent pulls availability, holds the slot, and writes the event in one transaction. If the write fails (someone else booked in the same 3-second window), it immediately offers the next available slot. We've logged 0 double-bookings across every client.
Does it work with room / equipment calendars?
Yes. Google room resources and Outlook room mailboxes both supported natively. Equipment (vans, machines) can be modeled as resource calendars with capacity rules. Pairs with Booking & Scheduling Systems for anything more complex.
What about round-robin and rep rotation?
Configurable in the admin UI. Weighted round-robin, load-balancing by closed-revenue, or skill-based matching (customer asked about X, route to reps who close X). Overrides for VIP accounts and named-owner rules.
Can I limit when AI books on my calendar?
Yes — buffer rules (no AI bookings within 2 hours of the current time), blackout windows (not on Friday afternoons), and hard caps (no more than 5 AI bookings per day). All editable by your ops lead.
How long to wire it up?
Three business days when it's the only add-on to an existing AI agent. If it's bundled with a full Voice or Chat Agent rollout, it ships as part of that go-live (5-day total). Testing includes 50 dry-run bookings before we cut over live.
Watch it book in real time.
We'll wire the demo agent to a sample calendar and show you a full booking happen in under 30 seconds — availability check, slot commit, calendar invite, SMS reminder.
