Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Only if we disclose it. The voice model clones inflection, pacing, and your regional accent from 30 minutes of audio. In blind tests, fewer than 1 in 20 callers flags the agent as synthetic. We recommend disclosing on request, not by default — some regulated industries require it.

How is this different from your Chat & SMS Agents?

Voice Agents handle the phone channel specifically — cloned voice, sub-2-second answer, warm transfer. Chat & SMS Agents handle web chat, SMS, and social DMs. Most clients run both so the same agent brain answers every channel; pricing is per-channel with a bundle discount.

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?

It has three escalation paths, in order: read from a knowledge base you uploaded, offer to book a callback, or warm-transfer to a human with a spoken context handoff. It never guesses. Guardrails hard-stop on pricing quotes, legal commitments, and anything outside the playbook.

Can it transfer to my existing team?

Yes — any phone number, any rotation. The agent speaks a one-sentence context summary to the human ("I have Carlos calling about a roof estimate next Tuesday"), then connects. Works with call trees, ring groups, and on-call schedules.
